Small Engine Technology Program Emphasizing Customer Service
Customer service is being stressed at the beginning of the school year in the Small Engine Technology program. Students are learning how to communicate with customers, being professional and completing a job task.
Pictured is student Kole Wilson, from Bridgeport, who replaced and adjusted the carburetor in a power washer for Dr. Charles Spadafore, DDS, St. Clairsville. Supervising the customer service is educational aide Don Giffin.
